Zhipu's terrible service is unmatched

This is the third time I’ve been fooled by Zhipu. They said they were retaining old users by giving unlimited weekly quota, so I came back to give it another try, and got tricked again. It has no weekly limit, but it’s completely unusable when I need it. It only comes back to life right when I start and finish work, which is like meeting at the peak. In February I said Zhipu lite had single concurrency, and Zhipu used its business certificate to report me to xhs and tried to ban my account, accusing me of defamation. You know exactly how bad your lite service quality is, yet you have the nerve to report others. Instead of wasting effort on that, you should do something decent. Now I’ve been fooled again. Lite has zero concurrency and zero availability across the entire afternoon in UTC+8, not just slow as some claim. Slow means usable; zero availability means completely unusable, with 100% errors. If it were just lite, I could understand. But I saw some pro tier also unavailable, which is very unreasonable. Who is actually occupying the resources? Are Zhipu’s engineers using GPU resources for training during the day? Do enterprise API users get priority? Or free web users? Is max>pro>lite a reasonable strategy? It’s normal for max to have a higher quota and also higher priority, but lite being completely unusable during busy hours means wouldn’t everyone be better off pooling for max? Would Zhipu make more or less money this way? I could even buy max to act as a relay, and then pro and lite would be completely squeezed out.
